Use a full fat powdered milk for this......

Buttery Spread

7/8 c. full fat milk powder 

2 T. butter powder

scant 1/2 c. lukewarm water

6 T. oil (olive/coconut/sunflower/avocado/or other)

sea salt to taste (start out with just a little at first)

optional yellow food coloring and butter flavoring

​

 

Put the dry milk and butter powder into a food processor, add water. Turn on processor,

and very slowly add the choice of oil you are using, continue to blend until it all comes together. Add salt to taste; and optional food coloring and liquid butter flavoring, process just to mix.
