Chicken Tortellini Soup

The size of the can of chicken will be to your preference, normally it would be the larger

size can of about 13 oz. (Could even use cooked fresh chicken if available).....

2 c. water
about 6 c. chicken broth (or water mixed with chicken bouillon)

1 tsp. basil

2 tsp. italian seasoning
1 T. dried garlic bits
1 tsp. salt

1/4 c. dehydrated celery

1/4 c. dried chopped onions

1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

12 oz. package of cheese tortellini

1 can (about 13 oz.) chicken, do not drain (could cut up chicken into smaller size pieces)

Bring the water and chicken broth to a boil. Add spices. Then add dehydrated celery and

onions, and red pepper flakes (optional). Let come to boil again. Stir in tortellini and cook

on medium boil for about 10-12 minutes. Take off heat, gently stir in chicken/liquids. Let

the soup sit, uncovered, for 5 minutes or so before serving.
