Whole Wheat Applesauce Cupcakes
A very simple and easy (no egg) food storage cupcake.....

1 c. applesauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil or melted/cooled coconut oil

1 and 1/2 c. whole wheat flour (preferably ground from white wheat)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger or nutmeg or cloves, according to taste preference
1 heaping tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 12- muffin tin. Mix applesauce, brown sugar, and oil. Mix the dry ingredients and stir into the applesauce mixture. Put batter into greased tins, evenly distributed.
Bake about 20 minutes, until top bounces back at touch.
