Alfredo Sauce

​

1 c. instant dry milk powder

1/4 c. cornstarch

2 T. dried chopped onions

1 to 2 tsp. garlic granules

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 c. dried parmesan cheese**

2 T butter powder

2 T. sour cream powder

Measure all ingredients & combine. Store in an air-tight container.

To use mix for 1 cup alfredo sauce (can easily double):  

​

1/4 c. mix (stir mix before measuring)

1 c. water

1 T. butter

​

Put in a small saucepan and heat on medium, stirring constantly with a wire whip until thick.

**We buy a large jug of dry parmesan and keep it refrigerated.
