Broccoli Cheese Soup
This will fit into a quart jar: place in jar in order listed.....makes 2 to 4 servings.....
A good recipe to use some of the broken up pieces of freeze dried broccoli in
the bottom of the can.....
​
up to 1 c. freeze dried broccoli, break up if big pieces, then measure
*1/4 c. dry milk, non-instant
2 T. dry cream powder
1/4 c. dry cheese sauce blend
1/4 c. dried chopped onions
1/2 to 1 tsp. dried garlic bits
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. freeze dried sharp cheddar cheese

Bring 2 and 1/2 c. water to full rolling boil in a large saucepan. Add contents of
jar, stir. Turn heat to low, cover saucepan, simmer for 7 to 9 minutes.

*if using instant dry milk, measure out 1/3 cup
