Peanut Butter Magic Shell

Just have to include this yummy idea! 

I haven't tried this yet, but wondering if it works with the peanut butter from Home Storage....

1/4 cup peanut butter
2 T. coconut oil

 

Mix in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing between each timing, until the mixture is smooth and runny. Let the mixture cool at room temperature for a few minutes. When mixture is slightly cooled, pour over ice cream and enjoy immediately.
