Chicken Tortellini Soup

3 T. instant chicken bouillon

1/4 tsp. celery seed

1 tsp. Italian seasonings

1/2 tsp. garlic granules or powder

1 tsp. sal

pepper to taste

dash or two of red pepper flakes, optional

1/3 c. dried sliced celery

1/3 c. dried chopped onions

1/3 c. dried carrot dices

1 c. freeze dried cubed chicken

7 oz. package shelf stable tortellini (Da Vinci or any s.s. brand)

1/2 c. dried spinach

Bring 9 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add all of the above ingredients and

cook on medium low until the tortellini pasta is done to your preference. 

Add dried spinach the last few minutes.
