P. B. n' Honey Granola

1/3 c. creamy peanut butter

1/2 c. honey

2 tsp. vanilla 

1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. allspice

1/4 tsp. salt

4 c. rolled oats

​

In a large bowl: mix the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, spices, salt. Mix in the rolled oats until thoroughly combined. Put in large skillet or frypan, heat on medium, cook 4 minutes, then stir carefully from edge of pan to middle to avoid spills. Continue cooking for 8 more minutes and stir a couple of more times. Turn off heat, let granola cool in pan. Stir a couple of times while 

it is cooling. Can store in a jar for up to a month.​
