Beef Stroganoff

1/2 c. dry white sauce or cream soup mix
1/2 c. sour cream powder
2 T. dry beef gravy mix
2 T. instant beef bouillon
1 c. freeze dried cubed beef
2 and 1/2 c. fettuccine or Country Pasta egg pasta
1/3 c. freeze dried mushrooms, maybe break them up into smaller pieces

First of all, you can make your own **beef gravy mix, or use a purchased kind.
Next: break the fettuccine or egg pasta into about 1-inch pieces, then measure
it after it's broken, (or just use macaroni if that's what you have). The reason for
having noodles in smaller pieces would be especially necessary if using a jar to
store this.

In a large saucepan bring 5 ½ cups of water to a rolling boil. Add contents of jar, turn heat to low,
let simmer for 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally. Stir, and let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.

**beef gravy mix is on this site under Flour section, but I'll add the basic recipe here:
3 T. beef bouillon granules
3/4 c. flour (white or unbleached)
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. each: garlic granules and onion powder or granules
