Sausage Pasta Skillet

This is a mix-it-dry ahead; add water, cook it in skillet or pot, meal. Makes 3 to 4 servings....

2/3 c. dry **tomato powder

1 to 2 tsp. sugar

up to 1 T. italian seasonings

2 T. dried spinach flakes

2 T. dried grated parmesan cheese 

1/2 to 1 tsp. dried garlic bits

1/3 c. dried chopped onions

2 T. dried carrot dices

1/3 c. freeze dried mushrooms

1 c. freeze dried sausage crumbles 

1 c. macaroni, uncooked

In a large skillet or pot: bring 4 and 2/3 cups water to boiling, add all of the above ingredients,

turn heat to low, stir, cover skillet or pot with lid, simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until pasta is done.

Stir it a couple of times while it simmers, replacing lid after stirring. When pasta is done: turn

off heat, take the pan off the heat source, take lid off and stir/let sit about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir

again and serve.
