Buttery Storage White Sauce
​
It's a good idea to keep butter powder in your storage plan, and it will store unopened
in #10 cans for 3 to 5 years, then once opened, 6 to 12 months if kept in cool dry place.

2 c. instant dry milk powder
2 c. powdered butter, sifted
2 c. white flour
4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. sea salt or table salt

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Store in a sealed container. Use within 4 to 6 months.

To Use...................
Can add up to 1 T. dried parsley for a parsley sauce.
Thin Sauce
1 c. warm water
1/3 c. buttery white sauce mix

Medium Sauce
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. buttery white sauce mix
​

Whisk in a small saucepan to blend. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly,
until boiling. Lower heat and simmer/stir for 1 minute. Take off heat. Can add up to
1 T. oil if wish, stir in thoroughly.
